Pet Talents: Enhanced Armor has incomplete information

It has come to my attention that the pages for the enhanced armor talents say that it grants a flat bonus in armor.
Whine not incorrect, it's not the full effect of this talent.
The talent also provides a percentage base bonus of armor before the flat one.

This thread asks for firsthand proof of the effects of enhanced armor 1 and 3 if possible, as well as pictures of the respective cards.
Keep in mind that we are looking for the cards where the bottom text of the card says "rank 1 of 3" and not "+1 rank".
