    There are two areas in the Isle of Fetch. One is not accessible when you first go there. It is off to the right of the lighthouse. After you are given a quest from the tiger boss in the lighthouse, you are able to access that area. Then you can find the rolling stone in that area.

    In the quest, the fortress is called the Invader fortress. When docking there, the game calls it the Armada fortress. These two names confused me.

    When viewing the rolling stone from the upper level as in the picture, if you step back a few steps, the rolling stone disappears. So walk along the top slowly to see it in that particular spot.

    Here is a picture taken at the lower level showing the rolling stone in relationship to the stairs and some of the machinery down there. The map of the fortress does not show your location, so a picture of the map is useless in this case.
