So i took willowdreamer advise and started working on my max spellpower witchdoctor character. By level 8 witchdoctors can legally have +27% spellpower bonus.

5% naturally spooky
10% Spooky 1 ( level 8)
12% Mojo Mastery 3
= 27% (which is like spooky3 + naturally spooky+ 2%)

And it can be proven that you can have over 300 in base spellpower by this picture of my level 67 privateer who at 300

Witch mean that without doing all the round just adding base spell difference of 10 between my privateer and tipical witch the maxium spell power is well over 310.

There is rounding variable so i had to take my best shot i would say
238 is the natural max

+10% spook 1= 24
+5% spooky 2=12
+5% spooky 3=12
+5% naturally spooky =12
+5% mojo mastery 1= 12

+4% mojo mastery 2=10

+3% mojo mastery 3=7

to equal- 238+24+12+12+12+12+10+7 = 327

which mean as everything was rounded up 320-327 is about how much you can have at level 70 currently. +1 spellpower has a noticable difference on similar powers.
