for the ones that can't watch ki live due to "certain" circumstances, it'd definitely be helpful to gather Q&A/Tips from past and present ki lives though it would take some time to gather them up therefore it isn't necessary to do so from all ki live. (i would suggest just doing with what you can)

No they really did state another Wizard101 test realm was on the way soon.

The sarcasm was that they actually didn't use that question (but there were certainly a lot of viewers in the chat asking about a Pirate101 update). It was just funny to see the chat asking for a pirate update and almost instantly the announcement about the wizard test realm was made. However, to the OP's point, below are the real Q&A from this last event (only 1 question, 2 tips and no gameplay for Pirate101):

A: We did visit the Legends of the Spiral event. We love to support the community on things that are important to you all!

A: There are 201 Fish in-game that you can catch; however, our design tool shows 219. Those missing fish are probably test fish!

A: LEAH: While the exact ingredients are a closely guarded secret, we can tell you that one of the components is definitely NOT Eye of Newt. Anymore.

Q: Nordic Champion - “There is a puddle dripping from the ceiling on the floor next to the entrance sigil for The Chancel. It was not there a few months ago, is it new?”
A: LEAH - Not to our knowledge, but will send Maintenance there to check it out ASAP.

Q: Patrick RavenBane: “Almost every world I quest in starting with MooShu has 1-4 Elephant boss fights. What is the story behind the elephants?"
A: LEAH: The original Oni/Hellephant model that we made early on in Wizard101 development ended up being one of our biggest and most impressive characters, so Elephants just kept finding ways into the story. Plus, elephants are just really cool animals IRL!

Q: KestrelShadowFriend: “Exactly what DID you do with Rapunzel and is there REALLY a super-secret way into the very top to the fantastic Fairy tale tower?”
A: LEAH: No super-secret way into the very top of the tower. However, creative people will be able to make their way up to the top of the waterfall...

Q: Anecorbie: “Why is Boochbeard named Boochbeard?”
A: LEAH: Boochbeard: “Booch” is a corruption of the word “botch” – if you really mess something up, you can be said to have “booched” it. Booch’s epithet arises from the fact that his adventures rarely go according to plan.
