Day Four:

Help make the holidays magical during this year’s 12 Days of the Spiral event! Today kicks off our annual winter artwork contest, but with a cool twist. For Wizard101 the theme is all about Karamelle and frosty treats. For Pirate101 we want to see what your favorite world scene or character looks like.
Get an opportunity to win some great prizes, including up to 30,000 Crowns for either game and the Winter Pet Bundle for Wizard101 as well as the New Fangle Mount in Pirate101.
How to Enter:

1. 1. Create a Winter Wonderland scene either on paper or in a digital art program. To submit a hand drawn entry, scan or take a picture of your entry to attach to your entry email.
   
   • a. We suggest you sign your submission with your character’s name.
   
   
2. 2. Submit your entry by attaching the results to an email to [email protected].
   
   • a. Ensure the email subject line reads: “Winter Wonderland 2020 Contest Entry”
   • b. Include your character name and a couple of sentences describing the scene.
   
   
3. 3. Optional: Share your entry on social media using #WinterSpiral!
4. 4. If you have any questions, please reply directly to your original email submission.

When they say "For Pirate101 we want to see what your favorite world scene or character looks like" I'm a bit confused as to what we can do. Can we just submit any type of drawing? Does it not have to be holiday themed? It just seems too broad/vague of a description to me.

Yes, well, when someone doesn't really play the game, they won't have great inspiration, hence the generic "what's your favorite?"

So, How To Enter starts with "create a Winter Wonderland scene," so I would guess that it needs to be at least winter related, if not specifically a holiday.

I really wish we pirates had been able to visit Polaris for a snowy Winter Wonderland scene, that's what I'd do if I had any artistic ability. For Skull Island, you could do a "Mele Kalikimaka" thing.

Bruh. A code to receive a free Big Holiday Tree which has been available for gold every 12 Days of the Spiral event since 2012. I see that Wizard101 got the same code for a free tree, but at least offered a new housing item for purchase. I seriously think KI is intentionally trying to drive away veteran players at this point (especially with the lack of free membership over the course of the event).
