Help wanted: Obsidian Brass Monkey

Hello

I'm - suprisingly - capable of soloing this boss. However, I do not like farming alone and there is no team up option for Obsidian bosses - why?!

I'm very busy lately and don't have a lot of time but I was wondering if anyone could join me one of the days? I have the keys, of course. I'd also like to do Obsidian Captain Blood but let's not get ahead of ourselves! Maybe we could consider that too if we can get a team together? I know this forum is mostly empty but surely I can find 3 people?!

I tried soloing Obsidian Captain Blood on my own. I got him down to 3 minions left and sadly I died! Sooo frustrating, I thought I could manage on my own lol - too big for my boots.

I could still use help with either brass monkey or captain blood if anyone is willing. They don't seem to be too difficult, so maybe even just one other person would be nice.

Aw it's ok! It was expensive but I bought every area on each of my 2 accounts, because there's just no reason to buy membership lately - at least in my opinion, so much better to buy the areas. So I definitely understand.

That will be great! I don't want to set anything in stone because I'm currently very swamped with real life things - I'm stuck at my desk lately, but hopefully I can sneak off for a bit. I'm my own boss and I'm a bit of a pushover!

Yep, very busy tomorrow sadly.
I'm sure we'll figure it out - the obsidian bosses aren't going anywhere and I know you're usually online in the mornings so maybe we'll meet up eventually again.

I really don't understand why they could not add a team up option...is it that hard to level lock it?

If you still need help I could try helping if you give me a date and time. Also if I'm not mistaken there is team-up for the Obsidian Door, it's just that the door leads to the hub containing all the bosses, requiring people be on the same page regarding what boss they want to do before any keys are used.

Also you could be right about that. I don't see any team up option but I could be missing a quest or something like that. I think these were introduced as part of companion promotions? Or something similar? But the only non crown shop companion I have at level 70 is Peter quint. I haven't even done my old scratch or ratbeard or Bonne Anne promotions yet.

If you don't see the sigil in Scrimshaw Docks, you'll gain access to the Obsidian Door for Ol' Scratch's final promotion.
