Illustrated Guide to Halloween/Birthday Gift Exploration Badges [SPOILERS]

In 2018, Halloween saw the very quiet introduction of some new Exploration Badges. Thanks to @Batared for discovering these and sharing his information.

Because some folks like badges, but don't like hunting for things in the Spiral, this Guide will provide hints on how to locate the items and achieve the Badges.

Obtaining these badges rewards a pirate with either a 1-day or a 7-day Rental Stage Ship mount for a random class.












BADGE: MONQUISTAN GIFT

This one is located in a dungeon:

If you still need a hint, it's not the Winter Dungeon.








BADGE: VALENCIA GIFT

Location should be fairly obvious, but if you need a hint, look for the West Wing in Sivella







BADGE: COOL RANCH GIFT


This one is located at the far end of the trail.

Still need a hint? Don't use Jessup's elevator.



BADGE: MOOSHU GIFT

This one is located in Subata

You must be on the back of the great turtle.

More explicit instructions are available below:

1) Monquistan Gift is in the Summer Palace dungeon, after the fight with the first group of guards, before you enter the gate, go all the way around to the right outside the Palace, and you will find the Balloons at the far end.

2) Valencia Gift is in the Laurentine Library, on the upper level to the right as you enter, in the second last alcove.

3) Cool Ranch Gift is at the far end of the Arroyo Grande East, near the Bison enemies, on the right side of the river as you travel the canyon.

4) In Maruzame Castle, look behind the Fire Temple.

However, to clarify I believe these badges are related more to Pirate101's birthday rather than Halloween, due to the balloons and badge names (just to clarify the thread title).

I kind of agree -- it seems Halloween and Pirate101's Birthday are inextricably intertwined, or why are the gift boxes orange and black? I can change it.

Due to a certain event that I probably should not talk about, I can currently tell you a couple of truths with regard to the Gifts:

1. There are four of them in the game right now.
2. The one that is currently not on this guide is in Mooshu.

Since Mooshu is way too big, I'll go ahead and tell you at least the general location of the last gift. It's in Maruzame Castle. Search around and you'll find it eventually.

I was looking in MB by questing but couldn’t find any. Maybe it’s just related to initial first worlds ( mb been first extension added with aw )? I might, no, I am probably wrong but I couldn’t find any. If anyone does tnx for sharing in advance!
