Chopper Second Chance Chest?

i've been farming dr noh and chopper for the koryo gi with no luck, so why farm chopper when it states on the wiki page that only dr noh drops the koryo gi? well, i did some research and came across a post by Good ol Lefty saying the koryo gi is dropped by dr noh/chopper and although dr noh is easier, chopper isn't that difficult either but that's not to say if you're not prepared for him or the whole dungeon for that matter because there's about 4 or so battles before battling chopper and for those "4 or so" battles, it gets pretty frustrating after awhile of farming the dungeon over and over (you arr only wanting to farm chopper, am i right?) so why not give chopper a second chance boss chest?

it would not only be a relief to most if not all those chopper farmers out there but also a time saver to those (like me) who want specific gear from him (if they don't mind spending some crowns, that is).
